GIZ Cambodia Trade Related Assistance
Providing direct advisory services to SMEs selected for export development and related tasks.
Mentoring and supporting capacity development of SMEs who possibly work in the agricultural sector including small-scale farmers, processors, and related farmers or SME associations / cooperatives.
Supporting public and private institutions to offer advisory and business services, in particular trainings related to export promotion.
Assisting organisational development in public and private business service providers geared towards strengthening their exporting capacities.
Supporting the integration of innovations (e.g. process reengineering, technologies, commercialization and marketing approaches).
Support cooperation agreements and selection of SME Export Development Fund beneficiaries.
Organising workshops and events (trainings, coaching, dialogue fora, B2Bs, trade show participation, technical exposure visits).
Branding and campaign activities.
Support of the team leader and the national long-term experts in M&E and quality assurance. Collaboration on reporting and drafting of reports and presentations.
Master’s degree in business administration, management, economics, social sciences, agriculture, or another relevant area of study.
Professional proficiency in English and Khmer (Level C according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) for Languages).
7 years of professional experience in Private Sector Development.
4 years working with SMEs at micro and/or meso level, including experience in the areas of marketing and promotion or capacity development and coaching.
5 years of professional experience in Cambodia.
2 years of experience in Development Cooperation projects.
