Qualifications: 

Key expert 2: Labour market forecasting, databases, statistical analysis (at least 100 working days)

· At least 7 years of experience in the employment policy/labour market systems and/or skills anticipation and analysis;

· in the past 5 years experience in the data management and data analysis relevant for labour market/employment and skills sector;

· Is an asset: Experience in designing/working with at least one digital platform and/or portal for public information

· in the past 5 years at least 1 assignment with minimum 100 work days of expert's input in skills forecasting (this may include for example modelling, organising and running skills forecasting and producing analytical reports)

· in the past 5 years7 experience with programming of databases and use of statistical software

· Experience on the use of Big Data analytics to improve traditional labour market information, including use of relevant classifiers such as ISCO-088 and ESCO9
