• General call for applications: We are seeking to widen our network in a given technical area, or we are opening a new field of activity for which we wish to recruit expertise.
• Tender procedure: We will be submitting a technical offer for a specific project with a client. We are seeking expertise for this particular tender according to the requirements of our client. The tender procedure can be in one of the following stages: forecast, pre-qualification (PQ); shortlisted to submit a tender.
• Implementation: GOPA is implementing the project indicated in the notice, and is advertising a vacancy in that project.
