Tasks to be determined by the specific requirements outlined in the Terms of Reference.

• Master's degree relevant to public health and/or climate change
• At least fifteen (15) years of professional experience, ten (10) years of which in the international context 
• Proven expertise in the nexus of public health and climate change 
• Previous experience as team leader for the design and implementation of development projects funded by development banks and international donors
• Proven ability to lead and manage experts
• Extensive experience in supporting the East and/or South Asian Regions
• C2 proficiency level in English language
