Qualifications:

Qualifications and skills
• A university degree (at least Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma) in the areas of communication, journalism, social, arts, political, economic sciences or engineering or related diploma or equivalent professional experience of minimum 3 years in 10, in addition to the minimum general professional experience requirement mentioned below
• Excellent written and oral communication in English language (C2 level).
• Good knowledge of French, Spanish or Portuguese (B2 level) will be considered as an asset.


General professional experience
• At least 7 years of professional experience in communication and/or knowledge management.


Specific professional experience
• At least 4 years of professional experience in knowledge management and communication with international stakeholders (eg: the European Union, United Nations entities, Development financial institutions, EU Member States or other international donors) funded international cooperation projects.
