Qualifications:

All key experts 2, 3, and 4 must have the following profile:

Qualifications and skills
• A university degree (at least bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma) in the areas of economic, social or political sciences (or in a relevant, directly related discipline), or equivalent relevant professional experience of minimum 3 years in 10 years, in addition to the minimum general professional experience requirement mentioned below
• Excellent written and oral communication in English language (level C2).
• Good knowledge of French and/or Spanish (level B2) will be considered as an asset.

General professional experience
• At least 7 years of professional experience covering the design and/or implementation and/or evaluation of international cooperation policies, programmes and projects.
• Working experience with the European Union will be considered as an asset.


Specific professional experience
Each of the three key experts should have at least 5 years of professional experience in at least two of the following areas of expertise:
• Facilitation of sustainable investments, including sustainable, green and social investments.
• Inclusive business models and business models for resilience.
• Trade, including e-trade.
• Private sector development


Professional experience in one or more of the following areas will be considered as an asset:
• Financial inclusion, including digital financial inclusion.
• Vocational education and training (VET)
• Sustainable value chains and human rights approach in businesses
• Women economic empowerment
• Business environment reform


Knowledge about the EU Global Gateway Strategy and EU Regulations related to TPSD topics will be considered as a strong asset.
