GOPA Worldwide Consultants is pleased to announce two significant project awards under the Framework Contract SEA 2023 Lot 15: Monitoring, reflecting successful collaboration with our partner, WYG Consulting.

1. Third Party Monitoring of Human Rights and Crosscutting Issues in NaturAfrica Projects

This 48-month initiative focuses on promoting biodiversity conservation while ensuring the integration of human rights, gender equality, and conflict sensitivity. The project supports four critical NaturAfrica initiatives across northern and southern Kenya, the Kidepo ecosystem in Uganda, and South Sudan. Project activities will contribute to fostering inclusive and sustainable development, where environmental protection aligns with the promotion of human dignity.

2. Technical Assistance for the Closure of National Programmes for Turkey under IPA

Starting in December 2024, this 8-month project will conduct independent evaluations of selected national programmes in Turkey, focusing on assessing outcomes and deriving key lessons to inform future interventions. Additionally, the project will assist the Delegation of the European Union to Turkey in establishing Opening Positions for final expenditure statements submitted by the National Authorizing Officer for Component I of four IPA I National Programmes (2007, 2008, 2010, and 2011).
